Springville Community Club presents its 9th annual Book Talk Tea
On June 10th the Club will present its 9th annual Book Tea. Nine hostesses will elaborately decorate their tables and present an overview of their favorite book while guest dine on a three course luncheon. It is a wonderful “ladies out” day so mark your calendars. The $20 tickets are available from the hostesses or at the Patton House.

Springville Community Club Meeting / Cookie Contest
Springville Community Club meeting will be held on Thursday, March 23rd at 1 PM. The meeting will be held as always at the Springville Veterans Memorial Building.
March is our cookie contest. Contestants bake peanut butter cookies and bring a dozen to be judged and then served as dessert. Marilyn Knesel has a surprise activity for the members so it should be fun.
Enter to win $100 and a free T-shirt – plus your design will be featured in the Apple Festival Program and Web Site.
We are reinstituting our t-shirt design contest for this year’s Apple Festival. The artist creating the winning design will receive $100.00 and a free t-shirt and will also be featured in the Apple Festival Program. All entries must be limited to two colors with the specified shirt color serving as a third color.

The design must be no more than 8” X 8” and must contain the words Springville Apple Festival, 2017 and 37th Annual. You must also indicate your recommended shirt color on your entry. There is no limit on the number of designs that can be submitted by an individual artist. Design entries can be dropped off at the Patton House in downtown Springville or they can be mailed to us at Springville Apple Festival P.O. Box 414 Springville, CA 93265. Do not forget to give us your name and contact information with your submitted design. Designs must be received by May 1, 2017 and will be judged by the Apple Festival Committee. Thank you in advance for helping to make this year’s Apple Festival a success.
December Club Meeting
December’s meeting is a potluck for our families. It will be at noon on the 15th. Please bring a dish to pass and good cheer. 🙂

November’s meeting will be on November 17th because Thanksgiving is on the usual meeting day.
